At Amalika, we ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.
Please read our shipping terms below.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 7-15 business days after confirmation.
- Made-to-order or customized pieces may take 15 business days to dispatch.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Domestic (India): 7-15 business days after dispatch.
- International: 15-25 business days, depending on location and customs procedures.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Within India: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹4,000.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on case to case basis on select pin codes (nominal handling fee applies).
- International: Charges calculated at checkout based on destination.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID.
You can also track your order via our “Track Order” page.
5. Undelivered or Returned Packages
If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.
6. Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged parcel, please take photos and videos and contact us within 24 hours of receipt at support@amalika.in
