At Amalika, every saree and dress (Product) is crafted with care and inspected for quality before it reaches you.
We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only for:
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect product received
To be eligible, please:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@amalika.in with your order number and photos of the Product and short video of the Product.
- Ensure the saree is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
After verification, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
- Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
In case of made-to-order, custom, or sale items, refunds are not applicable.
3. Exchanges
The exchanging products will be delivered within 7 days.
